You've ODed on caffeine. Other symptoms are a racing heartbeat, headache and jitters. It opens up blood vessels, so if it's really bad, you may hear a rushing sound in your ears.

What you need to do is slow down the absorption of the caffeine into your blood. It'll even you out a little. Carbohydrates will help with that. Make a half-sandwich (like peanut butter) for quick carbs, then eat a more complex carb behind it. The complex carb will digest slower, which will help alleviate any caffeine or blood sugar crashes.

Water will dilute the coffee you drank and also slow down how quickly it's absorbed. Caffeine is a diuretic, so the water will also help rehydrate you.

A few cups of coffee is fine. Too much coffee can be caffiene overload. A good sign you had too much caffiene is a headache.
