I have had a very high temperature and a bad headache for most of the day, and felt like I was going to vomit earlier... I just did a couple of minutes ago, and I am getting very dizzy, sweating and am losing skin color... Do I have a fever or something, took some aspirin, been in my bed... nothing seems to help!

That isn't that high , But if you feel you're going to vomit , lay in bed. Don't stand up or sit. Lay on your bed. Try to make a doctors appointment or just go straight to the hospital . Those are the signs of an over dose. But it can be some thing else. Or food poisioning. If either get to the hospital , have some one drive you. Asprin wont help for dizziness I believe and nor the skin thing or sweating.
It can also be just a flu , for the vomiting thing. Try to make some coffee or a nice cup of tea. That might make the vomiting feeling go away temporarily though. It might sooth you a bit ( tea ) if it does , just fall asleep and tomorrow see how you feel , if the same get to the doctors.

If you are not feeling better in the morning, you should go to a doctor. A high temperature can be something like a virus, or it could be something more serious. Best to get a professional opinion. Also, if your temperature goes up anymore during the night or you start to feel any worse - especially any serious pains, you may want to consider going to the ER. Definitely better to be safe.

It could be one of many things. The symptoms you described are common trademarks of several diseases. But 'tis the season for the flu, and that COULD be a possibility. If you're fever is still high by tomorrow morning, call the doctor for an appointment. He'll give you answers and some pills that'll make you feel all better.

Your temperature is high but not super high. Sounds like you might have the flu. Drink lots of liquids and use the aspirin to help with the aches and pains. The temperature is just your body trying to fight off whatever it is that you have.

Wow, you've got a pretty high temperature...you should be having a temperature between 98.5 and 99. You sound like you've got a flu or something. Keep hydrated and if this doesn't pass or if your fever gets any higher, SEE A DOCTOR.

Ahhh..
Looks like the case of the stomach flu..
It usually lasts around 24 hours. not too much to help it except sleep as much as you can to make the time go by quicker.. Take some flu medicine that will knock u out.. like nyquil..
Stay with fluids.. gaterade or sprite. crackers. chicken noodle soup. It will pass..
If you are at all religious.. Pray..
I do..Give the sickness over to God.. he'll take it away quicker than just waiting it out..
Next year get the flu shot if you can.

Sounds like the flu- could be a stomach bug? not sure but drink plenty of fluids,Alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen every fours hours and stay in bed. If you get any worse contact your doctor.

Hey, man. To me, this just sounds like the common cold. Whenever I start to feel like this, I drink some kind of herbal tea and the weird off and on stomach aches and thoughts on vomiting seem to pass in no time. Also, find something enjoyable to get your mind off of it and be sure to keep your fluids up. Get well soon :)

well, you're definitely sick. If your temperature doesn't get better by the morning, you should call your doctor and see what he says...you may have to go in and be seen by a doctor. a high temperature (above 100 degrees, i believe) are considered to be a reason to be seen pretty urgently. relax, get some rest, and call a doctor in the morning...youll be fine.
