A guy I was dating asked me the following:
Do you think people can make love to one person but be thinking about another?
I said: I think it's possible, sure.
He says: I could never do that.
What is he trying to tell me here? That he could never cheat or that he can only think about the person that he is with at that moment? Or is he just asking weird questions? What do you think because I thought it was kinda weird...

often, when i am feeling insecure about something (i tend to be overly paranoid at times,) i will ask my girlfriend a question that gives me an insight to what she may feel about it, without asking her directly and making her feel like i don't trust her or feel like she cares about me, when the fact is that i honestly do care for her and trust her. it all falls back to my own insecurities.
the scenario that would most likely cause me to ask this question to my girlfriend would be if she seemed distant or un-enthused when we were making love. maybe he is feeling like this is happening, so he is looking for a reason why. and in his reasoning, he is creating a scenario that is not actually happening, but he is worried could be. (i.e.: you not being into him while making love, so you think of someone else, which would explain the sense of distance.)
i would say simply talk to him and ask him if there was any reasoning behind his question, and assure him that you do care about him, and if you didn't want to make love to him, you wouldn't be.
of course, this is all going on the assumption that you two are making love to begin with.

I don't think it's weird because some people can do it and some can't. I couldn't. I would see it as being not totally committed to the person that I'm with. Each to their own though...

maybe he's not very confident in himself and he thinks that you may be thinking about someone else. other than that, i would say that he is probably just asking some random questions for some reason.

maybe it was his way of asking if u were thinking of sum1 and he was was saying he couldnt ever cheat bcuz he only thinks of 1 person
