Do something really romantic and free. Yes its possible. Those are a girl's favorite type of dates. Make her a really cute homemade card and but a lot of love and effort into it. Write words from your heart. Make a picnic, nothing dramatic, simple and romantic is good. I'm sure she'll love the fact that you put so much effort and thought into this. Pick her wild flowers and tie them together with a little string and give them to her. Its the little flowers that most people consider to be weeds but they are still really pretty. And write her a poem too. If you don't know how, just write whatever is in your heart. It would be really cute if you tried to make it rhyme, but if you can't that's ok too. What I just told you to do will only work if your girlfriend isn't materialistic. You can think of other little sweet things to do along the way, I'm sure you know what she likes. Good luck with this, and I hope she says yes to your proposal.

Proposing is a big deal, so don't worry about giving her anything else. I'm not an expert but I think it would be really nice if you "pop the question" in a special place for both of you, like the place you met or where you had your first date/kiss...etc. It would make your proposal very special without exaggerating. Good luck

Do you cook? I find that this is a great way to make your mate feel special. But beware? I first cooked my lovely wife of ten years a meal when we first started dating and have been cooking ever since. Really though, even if you don't cook, break out a cook book and become one with the ole ladel and sauce pan. I'm sure she would appreciate it very much. Besides with a ring on bended knee, you can't go wrong. Good Luck!!! Ron

Make a card for her on your computer and/or send he an E-card. Be creative. Like you could add a picture of the two of you. Another thing you could do is make her like a cute little coupon Something like - I'll be your slave for a day. or 1 shopping spree to be redeemed at a later date for a maximum fo $___. You get the point just make something up . You know what your girlfriend likes. Just cater to her, compliment her and tell her how special she is to you. It won't cost you anything to give love to your girlfriend on her birthday.

call a number of your person-friendly acquaintances and cope with some thing the place a gaggle of human beings will chortle, and have a very good time altogether. Pizza and picture sounds good too and could be a visit to the nearby Mall. He could get his concepts off of his ex female chum and that i won't think of of a greater helpful way than being with acquaintances who comprehend what he is going by using and prefer to be supportive and make him experience greater helpful! Instead of just giving her the ring, do a scavenger hunt, and lead her from one clue to another clue to another, until she finally finds the ring. Just have a bottle of wine and a single red rose ready (or scrap the wine if you can't afford it).

Congratulations and good luck! She better say yes, you sound great!!

Trust me you do not have to do anything more. You could add flowers or something but frankly, why gild the lily. Take her for a nice dinner if you want more but that ring and you asking her to be your bride is gonna be more than enough.

wow, so many possibilities! Take her to a one of the most romantic places you both have been together. Like a bridge or a lake or infront of a highly decorated Christmas display and bend on one knee.

She will be so excited, I bet she buys you dinner!
