I met this guy a little over a year ago and we dated for 8 months so I guess we were in a relationship but things had gotten too intense and his expectations were very high, I was very busy with school, work, and being a single mom, we also live two hours away each other, we remained friends and talked occasionally. There were hurt feelings he basically resented me. This past summer I was accepted to a nursing school near where he lived and I thought maybe we could start over with me living closer but I feel like he is using me since I have been here. We are talking but it is not consistent, its off and on. When were together its all good, we have fun, we have good sex but then sometimes he doesn't return my phone calls, not all the time but once is enough! I dont think that he trusts me. I have told him how I feel. It has not made a difference, I was just over his house 2 days ago. Now he is not calling me back, but when he does call he acts like nothings wrong. Is he using me for sex

You need to make your expectations of him clear. Tell him what you need and want out of the relationship. If he cared he would probably call everyday regradless of whether you called or not. He could also be afraid of being hurt, but the only way to find out is to confront the issue.

Well yeah he is using you,because if you was just over his house 2 days ago he shouldn't have a problem answering your phones calls! So I just think when you talk to him again just ask him why he don't never answer your phones calls and if he say something like you never called or he was trying to call you back or he act like he don't know whats going on then just tell him that ya'll relationship is not working out and you think both of you should move on!

He could be? why do you think he doesnt trust you? i would sit down and have a chat with him again and if you dont get the desired result i would def back off and see if he contacts you or just steer clear full stop and wait till you meet someone who will treat you the way you wish to be.

I think you already know the answer. At best he's not especially interested, he may not be "using" you but he's definitely waiting for something better. Move on, everyone deserves someone that is completely into them, I suspect that is what you're looking for and I don't think you'll get it with this guy.
