RO 4:16 Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham's offspring--not only to those who are of the law but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham. Yes, It operates no matter how you use it for good or evil, for God or the Devil.. Jesus said Whatsoever you desire When ye pray, Believe that ye recieve it, and ye shall have it.

You are speaking wishes. That's not necessarily bad, but it's far from faith (Knowing with certainty) that God will drop the right numbered balls into their respective slots.

If you believe it, it's faith. You may find yourself sadly disappointed if you don't win. Then again, isn't that the root of Christanity...disapointment?
