We talked about being more and decided definitely to remain friends. She has been a friend of mine for years. Just lately she has become a good friend, but she made a joke with some kids about me being her boyfriend. She also said that she was glad she had "less competition" when I mentioned I do not know many girls near where I live. Tonight, at a meeting though, she touched me more than ever. At the end our legs even started touching, and she leaned into me so that our hips and body were touching. She was also touching my upper leg a lot as well. What does she want?

She's being as forward as most girls can be. She's 100% wanting you. C'mon, give it a try. You know what you should do to be sure? Touch her hair while staring at her eyes. Just stay silent while you do it. See how she responds. If she is also quiet, touch her cheek with one hand. If she responds well, kiss her softly in the lips. Retreat and see what she does. Kiss her again, harder.

She is giving you all the signs
If you only want to be freinds - see her less (it is the fairest thing you can do for her)
If you are as interested in her as she appears to be in you, then the next time she moves in like that - copy her moves - if she pulls back - she could be just playing games.
Or - if you are such good freinds - invite her out somewhere where the intimacy level is undeniable... or simply talk about it with her.

She is definitely sending you signals telling you that she is attracted to you as more than a friend. If you let it continue she will think your feeling the same. It's never easy but you need to be straightforward with her and tell her how it makes you feel when she does these things. She is making her feelings known as well as testing the water, to see how you respond. Where you go from here? Balls in your court so to speak.

she wants you. yeah, touching is a definite sign. time for some communication probably, or some spending less time together. just don't be a jerk if you've felt like you could have lead her on at all.
