no your not fat.. Some men like women with meat on there bones. I mean some women that are really skinny are very unattractive. I am a female too. I feel better at 160 and I don't look too fat or too skinny. Plus I feel better about me..

I'd have to see you before deciding. Jk. In all honesty though weight alone is a pretty shoddy gage for appearance. I doubt that you're a "big fat cow", but at 5'3" and 150 lbs you culd take on a wide range of forms. My sister for example is between 5'4" and 5'5" and typically weighs in the 150 range. When she hits 160 shes definately feeling overweight, and the smallest she's been recently is around 145. My sister has a larger than average bone structure (but not huge) and a decent amount of muscle mass (but not manly). I, on the other hand, am about the same height but topped off at about 138 lbs. I can tell you right now that that summer my sister looked a hell of alot better at 145 than I did at 138. I looked like a porker. At a size 9 I appear noticeably overweight (actually I was "clinically" overweight), whereas my sister might not even fit in a 7 if she were anorexically thin. That said, my sister is a gorgeous woman and I envy her for her appearance. My point is just that because of our bone structures our best weights are around 20 pounds apart from one another. Frame size aside, I have been just as overweight at 112 pounds as at 120 pounds in the past and looked a hell of alot better at 117 than at 112, because I was more muscular. Mind you, I was never a stick figure type. I would estimate that I could be at my "prime" weight anywhere between 105 and 120 pounds, depending on how much weight I lifted without ever being unhealthy looking. That's a 15 pound range. To my calculations, the combination of muscle and frame size probably gives the average chick up to +/- 17 or 18 pounds deviation from the norm. IF YOU WANT REASSURANCE HERE, YOU'LL ONLY GET AN HONEST ANSWER. LOOK YOUR WEIGHT UP ON A BMI CHART. IF YOU HAVE A SMALL FRAME AND NO MUSCLE YOU'RE PROBABLY A FATTY. IF YOU'RE BIG-BONED AND JACKED YOU'RE PROBABLY ALL SET. IF IT'S THE FIRST CASE, THEN YOU'RE PROBABLY LAZY (why else no muscle?) SO YOU SHOULD GET OFF YOUR *** AND USE YOUR POTENTIAL. p.s. Add weight if your boobs are ginormous. Subtract if you have no bootie.

Dear Big Fat Moo-Cow: Can I join you? I too am fair skinned. I used to tan to even out my tone a little bit, but obviously that's not an option anymore. I burned myself on the stove about 5 weeks ago, and the mark is still on my thumb. Let's not even talk about the pimple marks on my face! My co-workers are commenting that I already waddle. Co-workers!! I'm shoveling food in my face faster than it hits my plate. And my husband (bless his heart) makes comments that would make most women cry so I don't dare mention them here. Yes, Mrs. Moo-Cow, I too am only 20 weeks and have a LONG way to go. (Was there really a day once upon a time when I actually wanted a belly of my own????????????) Ahhh, well, I guess I can honestly say that I'm not sick and aches and pains haven't officially set in, so tomorrow's another day. Maybe the attitude will adjust by then. Until then, feel free to send me a note and we'll lament together. Yours, Beached Shamu also pregnant with #1

I am 5'3" and right now very overweight, but starting a new healthy living plan. I have been as high as 196, and that was a fat cow. I went on a diet and at 150, I felt a little large, but felt I looked good.(Will be happy to be that weight again) I believe they say a healthy weight for our height is 140. I went of my last diet at 138 and I was looking pretty good then. Bottom line is you are a little overweight, but by no means a fat cow.

Not at all! Are comfortable at your wieght and if not go on a healthy diet! walk 30 minutes a day, drink 8-8 ozs. of water and 8 ozs of 2% milk and 3 light heathy meals and you will drop what your body don't use!

No, not at all. At the end of the day it is all about how you feel and how healthy you are. It is not about your weight. You can be quite muscular at 150 pounds and be very fit and thin.

I think a lot of it depends on your frame. I am almost 5'7" and I weigh 140. I think I am too big, but I have a tiny frame. (I wear a size 6 shoe, kids sunglasses, kids watches, etc). I should weigh 120. Other friends of mine that weigh 140 look like skin and bones. What's your frame like?
