You need to call your doctor and ask as you may need to take the medication longer since you stopped too soon. Word of advice: always take your medicine for the full term, even if the symptoms go away. You need to make sure all the bacteria is killed or else the issue can come back.

Never, Ever stop taking antibiotic's on your own. Always discuss this with the doctor who gave them to you. If you think you re having a reaction to them call your doc. Stopping the antibiotics could lead to serious harm and bacterial resistance. The bacteria causing the rash won't respond to the antibiotic any longer. You need to go back to your doctor to get a stronger antibiotic. I have heard of cases where the bacteria travelled to vital organs, destroying them. In these cases the patient needed an organ transplant.

bad idea!!!

never stop taking antibiotics earlier unless you get side effects!

just because the rash goes away doesnt mean the infection is 100% cured. by stopping antibiotics early, you will promote bacterial resistance and so next time you get a rash, the antibiotics wont work anymore!

If you are ever prescribed antibiotics you ALWAYS take the entire dosage as instructed unless your doctor tells you otherwise. I would go back to the doc and get it checked out. You may have to get another prescription but the doc would determine that.
