Actually, the older I get, the less I worry about what other think about me or my body. The only "new" person to see me naked lately is my doctor, and that didn't bother me at all.

Now why should I feel embarrassed when I worked at a Nudist Resort at 40! I certainly didn't get any complaints whatsoever. Smile... Does life for you stop after the age of 30? Girl it only gets better and alot more fun!

Absolutely! It's not always easy. A candle in a far part of the room helps. Preferably behind you. Or red lighting. Like a pretty scarf over a small lamp. (Don't burn the house down, and don't fall asleep with the light on or the candle burning.)
