i own a repair shop and you have to remove the face trim first then there are screws that hold the unit in ,,make sure you remove any,and all screws that are on the outside first before you try to pull the trim off ,other wise it may break on you ,,hope fully it will come off and not be stubborn,,after that you remove the screws that hold in in the panel,and slightly pull out wards on it,,it will come out a long way,,but do this slowly and then you can see what all you have to remove to finish getting it out,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.,,,have a good x-mas.

pop it off w a small skinny flat blade screwdriver it wont break it will feel hard but wont break
