Fro what I understand is that Catholics beleive in paying our own penance(punishment) for our sins, when Christ already did that. They also have a different Bible then the protestants(mainstream Christians). Their Bible contains a few extra books then the ordinary Bible. These extra books aren't really inspired by God.

No, there is not a difference between Catholics and Christians. The Catholic Church is simply full and complete Christianity, as founded by Jesus Christ and as lived by the first Christians. It is the One Church founded by Jesus Christ for all mankind, and the only church He ever authorized.

There are however many differences between Catholics (full Christianity) and Protestants (partial Christianity). And there are just as many differences from one Protestant denomination to the next. It just depends on how much of original Christianity each denomination has kept, and how much they have thrown out, and how many misinterpretations of the Bible each denomination has. None of them has any authority to interpret it at all. God gave full authority to teach His Word to the One Church that gave us the Bible in the first place, the Catholic Church. Which is why the Catholic Church, Christ's own Church, remains united in faith, in teaching, and in worship after 2,000 years, while manmade religion continues to self-destruct into more and more conflicting denominations, as it has done since it was created a few hundred years ago.

I'll give you the answer that both Christians(born again/evangelicals/protestants)and Catholics would agree on.
A born again protestant (is supposed to)believe that the Bible is the sole authority for all beliefs and practices. The Roman Catholic Church teaches that the Bible AND church tradition/decrees are EQUAL authority...hence all the differences that arise are because protestants believe the Bible alone(most don't but that's what they profess)and Catholics believe church counclis, papal bulls, traditions, etc... Purgatory, prayers to Mary, Mary being born sinless, the office of "Pope", Peter being the 1st Pope, venerating idols, celibacy for priests, the office of priests, and many more are found nowhere in the Bible, which any Catholic priest will admit, it is part of their tradition.

Most born again Bible believing Christians would call this blasphemy, which is why we don't believe in any of those things.
The main difference, and why there are so many "anti-Catholics" among evangelicals is they teach a works and faith system of salvation; where the church and it's sacraments(baptism, confession to a priest, good works) are a part of one's salvation. Born again Christians believe that Jesus Christ and his death on the cross ALONE is what saves a sinner from hell. It is received by faith as a FREE GIFT, no works to it.

Hope that helps, as that is the main, most practical difference.

There is no difference. Catholics were the first Christians after the Jewish Apostles. Catholics are Christians

Everyone calls themselves christians even some buddist. But the difference is the Protestant ones protest the Catholic church although they still have the Catholic baptism which still make them Catholic. There are the others The Ones baptized in Jesus name for the remission of their sins who have no ties to the Catholic church. They protest nothing. They are baptized they way the original apostles and the original new testament church was baptized rather than in the Titles"Father ,Son,and Holy Ghost".

Nothing. An access point and a router have exactly the same purpose. My Access point is a Linksys router. The main difference I think you are looking for is that a router that is an access point is for wireless access. A router that is not wireless is actually still an access point but can only be accessed through hard wiring. The router/access point are both the gateway to your network or to the Internet, exposing only the IP address of the access point/router. You can hide several computers behind an access point/router. Your access point/router/gateway also directs traffic to the proper recipient. According to the IP address.

Catholicism is a religion that is a denomination of Christianity. Unfortunately Catholicism has many contradicting beliefs to the Bible. Praying to saints(only God is prayed to in the Bible, anything else was idol worship). Graven images(the crucifix and statues). The unecessary sacrament of confession. Changing bread and wine to the bread and blood of Jesus(not biblical, there is no evidence to support this even the last supper).

Christians worship the one and only most high God, but though Catholics worship God, they also see Mary, mother of Jesus and many other things as gods and saints.
