How to get to Saipan?
Easy .....
First you need a travel document like passport. Be sure that this travel document is valid for at least 6 months if you are a visitor to Saipan.
If you need a visa, secure a visa from the nearest consular office.
Buy a plane ticket from www.expedia.com or from your favorite travel agent. You may book your hotel your expedia.com or again, thru your favorite travel agent.
You're ready to fly.

Not hard to find a flight there. North West from Detroit to Saipan is around $1600. You shouldn't need passport or any special papers to visit either. Saipan is United States Territory and they have the same rights that we do. Sorry I can't help you with a hotel. cheers
