I'd suggest you attend the large Tempe Block Party on New Year's Eve. Bands, lots of food and even fireworks too! Several nearby parking spots with shuttles to off site locations!

you are asking 2 weeks before hand? You should have asked last month. AND most of the better parties are "invite" only. Check with your friends.
