this is an easy one first list off all her female friends then set off to **** every one of them include sisters , Now this may sound crass but in reality it is very tharaputic see one she was using you this is very mean to do is mess with emotions so as they say all fair inlove and war so no love let there be war do em all nd let her kmow her sister is better in bed than her , this will not make you feel better but will bring her down with you and in the end sex always takes your mind off problems no tensions, and you get to know her sister better.For she was never your friend ok lover but for purpose without you in mind so have at it and remember use condoms for this will be very costly otherwise but remember once you do her tell the other one so she knows good and well what heartfelt pain is and merry christmass/hannaka as case may be

you are going in the right direction by asking about this instead of wallowing in self pity right now. I know because I am going through the same exact thing right now. i am reading books and watching movies that inspire people to uplift themselves out of their bad situations because something else much better is waiting for us, If we just be patient. I know it sounds easy for me to say it but I have to beleve it too. I am also considering counseling and I am trying to get out and hang out with people. Get all the advice youcan and trust yourself to do the right thing.

Part ways altogether or milk it for the lovins fully realizing that there is no future. Depends on your circumstance. Become a priest. Woman will always screw with your mind. Deal with it.

never sleep with someone you are not willing to marry.you thought having sex with her,meant something to her,but it did not and if she is that way to you,she will do to the next.moral to the story is do not have sex till you are sure and are married!!!there is a lot to this customs and marriage thing,listen to the elders.your generation tends to put the cart before the horse.

its hard it really is and actually. if you intend on having other relationships it will always get in between you and your love life. you jsut have to brush it off and explain to her (or him) that you felt used and youwant to try to start over and jsut be friends and see how that works.
