guy is taking of elderly parents says he does not have time for dating never married but I like him a lot should i move on or keep on trying to date him and wait for him to have free time

Why don't you lovingly suggest that he hire an at-home nurse to help with his parents. See if he seems warm to the idea. If he isn't, then move on-his issues probably run a bit deeper than he's letting on.

TO MOVE ON. HE MAY NOT HAVE THE TIMETO GET WITH
YOU AS YOU WANT. SO DONT WASTE MORE OF YOUR TIME]. IF HE REALLY DOES NOT WANT TO SPENT TIME
WITH YOU. BECAUSE IN THE LONG RUN IF HE WANT TO
BE WITH YOU THEN HE WOULD MAKE THE TIME.
