St. Maarten/St. Martin is the most develop island but the main language is not English it is Dutch and French but English is spoken island wide.

It my be New Providence Island, Bahamas, but if you are wanting a vacation Jamaica is more fun and hotter! You just really can't walk alone around Jamaica...more tours because of crime.

depends what you mean by developed...Trinidad is essentially a small, complete country with industry, oil fields and agriculture and a whacking large city in Port-of-Spain

St Thomas looks like a typical small American city with roads, infrastructure, high speed Internet, Weny's MacDonald's Office Max K-Mart Home Depot etc....except we drive on the left!

i could say Puerto Rico besides. they have all of the rapid meals shops and Wall Marts and others that are chanced on interior the U. S. and there's a few English spoken yet Spanish commonly.
