(talking online i mean)
she goes to bed
but comes back about 1/2 an hour later
and she starts talking to you right away
does it mean she was thinking about you for that 1/2 an hour ?

Maybe. :) Maybe she was going to go to bed but never got around to it and got a second wind. Hopefully, she WAS thinking of you ;) I know I've done that before. I get into a conversation, and I don't really want it to end.

The best thing for you to do is not to assume,don't pin your future on just that- Hope!. Stop dreaming that she was thinking of me and she was dreaming that we were in wonderland holding hands and kissing and boom!!! your little brother barges into your room.
If you want to know what is real. Continue to xhat with her and start fishing for that info. Remain friends so you will not feel heartbroken if in the end she doesn't like you. Enjoy the friendship that you share. Do you see each other? maybe you will end up together!
Now it is your turn to sleep. Come back after an hour and tell her i had a bad dream I was kissing you(the girl) and she turns into Michaelangelo the ninja turtle! See how she will react

No. It means she wants to talk to you now that she's back online. A million things could have happened in that half-hour. Do NOT assume she was thinking of you unless she tells you.

lol she might have been or she probably just started talkin back to you but im sure she was thinking about you especially if the conversation was sorta flirty if you get what i mean you should ask her in a playing way you know just see if she smiles or laugh or something

dante_cubit is right. Do not assume anything. There are a million things she could've been doing; there's no way to know. And don't ask her. I think that there are ways of knowing based on her attitude towards you, as a whole, but not based on individual actions.

It's kind of hard to tell, you might be nitpicking at details. What was she talking about anyway when she returned? What reason did she give for going back? What was she talking about when she went to sleep? Maybe you were talking about something exciting to her. It all depends.

So technically, she did think of you for 1/2 an hour.
