From what Ive read yes the Hard Rock will have casinos. The Seminole tribe were the first tribe to start casinos in 1979.

Yes they will. That was the purpose of them buying them. Indians are allowed to sell tax free cigarettes and run gambling casinos. I'm not a fan and would rather frequent a casino that pays taxes to create revenue for the community. That is allowed where I live and I would never set foot in any other type.
