It is hard to tell simply based on weight and height. For one thing, muscle weights more than fat, so being concerned simply with numbers on the scale can be dangerous. This is really a health question, and a question that you really should ask your doctor. S/he can calculate body fat, and tell you about the health aspects related to your weight.
If you do not exercise or eat healthy meals, I would recommend looking into dieting options. I believe the average weight of a 12 year old is around 90 pounds. If you do feel you need to loose weight, may I suggest a vegetarian or vegan diet? Studies have shown that a low fat vegan diet can reduce your risk of obesity (as well as heart disease some kinds of cancer, and more).
It is important to realize that this is an increasing problem in this country, and there are many people struggling with the same questions and issues as you are. You may also want to talk with your parents about healthy eating habits, to make sure they are aware of your concerns, and so they can help you have healthy options at home. They may also find you some fun exercise activities, which encourage good health.

From what I read on the web, the best way to know if you should lose weight is find out your BMI or Body Mass Index. To do so, your doctor should be able to do this, and track your BMI along with your growth levels. Since you are still growing, your BMI will fluctuate, but your doctor will be able to interpret the data.
What is really important is that you get exercise regularly, eat healthfully and that you learn to like your body rather than obsess about whether you should lose weight. Life is too short to worry about losing weight now, or during the rest of your life!

If you think you should lose weight thats up to you.
I'm 20, 128 lbs and I'm 5'5". I thought I had needed to lose weight because I felt I gained way too much but it turned out that I was at my ideal weight should I want to have kids, which I do.
I don't think at your age, you should be worrying about your weight. You should be playing games with your friends.
