Nobody has answered. I'll give it a try: well since it seems you're a virgin you should try the missionary possition, which basically is you lie down on your back and spread your legs... You should be properly lubricated, which requires a lot of foreplay (that's a whole different question). The guy lies in top of you, facing you. He should penetrate you gently, and his duty is to lead the pelvic action, although you might help him as well. Penetration itself should come easy if you have lubricated enough.

This is a conversation you should have had with your parents years ago (depending on how old you are) if you are asking complete strangers to give you details on how to have sex then you dont need to be having it, or wondering about it!
