It depends on who you are and what your job is.

If you are Jimmie Carter, I think you already succeeded.

If you are Bill Gates, your too smart to leave a company in such a poor condition that it depends on you to survive.

If your a surgeon, a few malpractice suits makes life miserable for those you leave behind, and even worse for those you take out.

If your a politician, stay in washington and keep doing what you are doing, it can't get worse by you leaving.

Nothing you can do will take them years to recover, so the best you can do is annoyances, like "misplacing" a key file

tell your boss that you like her wife!!!rather then damaging him physically,you should mentally torcher him.
