If I lived on one of the coast's I would definitely try to be prepared. But I live in the Midwest where we have tornadoes at any given time, floods, and we just received a winter storm disaster that wiped out around a million people here in Missouri with no heat, no cooking, no gas stations, or restaurants open. I mean there was no power for nothing. In my town I was without power for 4 days. thank God I live in the U.S,A. where people will stick together, show extreme acts of kindness and survive.
