I have a 2 months old baby. what would she need if we want to visit Canada from US? She has no passport, no photo ID. only her birth certificate. We are US citizens

Baby doesn't need a passport for travel to Canada. Bring your child's birth certificate with you. You and any other parent who appears must also have valid photo identification, such as a driver's license or current passport. Some additional documents that may be needed depending on the situation.
* documentary evidence or letter that proves that the child has the permission of an absent lawful parent to travel.
* a copy of any separation, divorce or custody decree that proves that you have custody of the child;

Birth certificate is probably okay as long as you have all your id. You may want to check www.cic.gc.ca and look on the bit that talks about visiting Canada. If the baby is going with both parents, that is fine. If not, you may need a letter of permission from the other parent.
