I came upon XP Pro Corporate w/ SP2, I have XP Home. Any issues w/ upgrading? I know I'd be better off formatting & starting from scratch, but don't feel like it. Home to Pro? Advantages/disadvantages?

Pro has more network features enable, its obviously more stable, its used by professionals. I see no problem in upgrading, yes; doing a clean install would be the best thing to do, but you can upgrade as well since you feel lazy, as you put it!

You should just be able to install Pro on top of Home without uninstalling Home first. However, if you are only running a personal PC and are not networking your system, you don't really need XP Pro anyway. Windows Vista comes out in a month although some consumers will not have computers that are able to run Vista without a significant upgrade of the computer's resources.
