Ok, so me and my girlfriend have been getting along pretty well but as of lately shes been a little distant, so i asked her what was wrong, and she said that our relationship is straying away from the way it used to be. At first me and her we really good friends and id joke a lot but not she says that is going away and that she thinks that i see her just as a girlfriend now and not a friend anymore. How do i fix this?

JUST SIT DOWN AND TALK TO HER ABOUT HOW THE
SITUATION HAS CHANGED. AS WITH ANY REALTIONSHIP
YOU WILL GO FROM ONE STEP TO ANOTHER. JUST
LET HER KNOW THAT YOU FEEL THE SAME AS YOU DID
WHEN YOU START DATING HER. AND IF YOU NEED TO
BE A FRIEND TO HER SO THAT SHE WILL FEEL LIKE
EVERYTHING IS FINE THEN TAKE THE STEP TO GIVE
HER WHAT SHE NEED.

Stop being concerned about romance and just spend a day having fun instead of making out.
That always works.

in order to be with someone you need to be friends, or it definitely will not work. you need to focus more on friendship and less of the "dating." talk to her, find out about her day, talk about issues, serious or fun....don't worry about being romantic at this point - it'll come again when she feels more comfortable.
