I'm watching an episode of the Brady Bunch and a tarantula gets into their hotel room. Are tarantulas naturally found in Hawaii?

No, actually. The Hawaiian terrain is not similar enough to a desert. There are, however many different types of spiders on the islands.

yes Tarantulas are Native to Hawaii, The native people of Hawaii also eat the Tarantulas and use the Fings (the sharp teeth they use to kill the prey) to clean their teeth after their meal.
