Hi there,
Have you heard the phrase "Jab mia biwi razi to kay karega kazi" . So go ahead and get married. Since you both love each other and what to get married i don't see any reason what is the problem.
Since you are a Muslim and the girl is a hindu... if she is ready to convert and become a muslim than the problem is solved. But incase she does not want to than you convert to a hindu and get married to her. I am sure your love is very strong enought to not let religion come inbetween you both.
But in case religion is important to both of you and i guess its better to let go your love is not strong enough.

if you are marrying in india first you have to register for SPECIAL MARRIGE ACT. india
you have to apply to the district collector of your district ( mostly this is handeled by ADM city) you have to publise an intention in local and national news paper for any objections . then you can easily get
legally married. spritiually vedic ceremoney ( takes too much time) is best you can also follow muslim customs but bot are not considered legal in the court of law india. so if you have plans to wed in india better get registed for special marrige act

There are 250 million muslims in india,,, why can't you find one girl for yourself out of them. BE A MAN... You are a muslim, so marry a muslim, this is what Allah orders. I am sure you'll get a very good muslim wife.

You have every chance of getting married as long as you BOTH respect each others belief and religions. Do NOT try to convert them to your way of thinking unless they want to and give each other space and privacy to practise their faith. Treat each other as equals. As for the wedding ceremony, compromise, have two celebrations

Ok I'm Muslim and Muslim men can only marry Christian, Jewish, or Muslim women. They can not marry hindus. That is against Shariah Laws and is against Islam and it is written in the Qur'an.
