Why are you asking again? You got several answers stating that you were in the wrong and of course it aint worth fighting over soemthing that was $60
do you think that by asking the question again, that the answers wont be the same?

If that's your defense, go pay the ticket. The issuing authority is not responsible if another person removes a ticket from your vehicle (trust me that is the excuse they will use). They are only responsible for making sure a statement is mailed to the address attached to the tag. Your defense is to prove that your car was not parked in that location at the time of the ticket, which is impossible to convince a judge of unless you received a ticket in another location at a conflicting time...in other words, go pay the ticket.

each so often, human beings pull tickets off of your automobile previously you get there (it got here approximately to me). i don't know in the event that they try this as a comedian tale or what. besides, i might advise you're taking the cost ticket to courtroom and clarify which you admit you have been double parked which you probably did no longer recieve the 1st violation and ask for the overdue penalty to be bumped off. The justice might believe you and decrease the high quality, it relatively is well worth a shot, in case you may cope with to pay for the wreck day from artwork.

Plead not guilty.
When they start establishing to the court that they issued the ticket. Object and state to the judge you did not receive a ticket in the mail or on your car.
You have to do this at the correct time in order for your objection to be noted.
When you are given a chance to speak explain your side that you did not receive notice until the one received.
It worked with me because I had a cabinet sitting on my porch. Got a 124.00 ticket. I had not received any type of warning letter in which they were stating it was sent. I did win my case.

The parking ticket is issued to the vehicle not the driver. The wind ect can remove the ticket. If you were in that location, plead not guilty and the will probably reduce the fine.If never at that location plead not guilty and check the hard copy.Sometimes plates are copied wrong. Vehicle description should not match yours.

Just pay the ticket and cut your losses. If you contest it and lose, you will also have to pay court costs in addition to the ticket.
