i saw him take on 2 muscular guys. not very strong person. he beat them up bad. well anyways he was very fast. he dodge ther punches very quick. when they kick he would kick the other leg and they would fall. his punch is very fast. when he blocks u uses his palm or shin. basically a lot of his moves were counterattacks. are these his own moves or did he learn them?

Hard to say...
it could be Muaythai (Thai Boxing) comes to mind, especially with the shin blocks.
Based upon your description, it sounds like he had some training and not his own moves.

It's definitely Muay Thai. Muay Thai is only martial arts that really kicks legs. Also Muay Thai doesn't have wide blocks when it come to punches like most styles, they are more similar to boxing, they dodge or use thier arms/hands close to body to block the punches.

It could be a form of Kung Fu, a varient of Aikido, or maybe Tae Kwon Do if he's also trained in something else.

With what you've listed, I'm guessing maybe it was Wing Chung Kung Fu. Honestly, one fight isn't a lot to go on, and a text description is kind of fuzzy anyway, but Wing Chung does use a lot of open handed blocks and blocks with the shins, it emphasizes speed, and it is mostly counter attacks. But a lot of times, small guys figure out these things work best for them anyways if they get in a lot of fights and have any kind of training at all.

I read all the answers, and I agree it is definitely Muay Thai or something similar. Another option that comes to mind is Malaysian martial arts like Penjak Silat, etc.

You just descriped Muay Thai.

A staple of Muay Thai is when your opponent kicks at you, to kick out his other leg and make them fall.

In Muay Thai, you train in boxing gloves and don't really train in blocks...just to block your opponents punches with your hands.

You also block by bringing one knee and leg up really high and touching it to the elbow on that same side (left knee to left elbow, or right knee to right elbow).
