just eat normally, once you hit your growth spur, you'll know it kicked in. i was ur height till about 15, by 16 i was 5'9". im still growing. im 19 and i' 6'3" and my doctor says i still got a few inches to go. im the highest in my family now, next to my uncle. just be patient, if u were meant to be tall, it'll kick in soon, otherwise, theres nothing you can do short of a extreamely painful surgery. and they wont let you do that till they know your completely past your growth spur

If you know of one let me know. Im 21, and only 5'3". Its all based on your genetics. You cant make yourself taller, you can only make yourself stronger, by a healthy diet rich in calcium (for stronger bones), and exercise. Go play basketball for example.
Believe me, there's no food out there that can make you grow taller, when you find one, please drop me a line.

You cannot make yourself taller, unless you widen the gap in between the vertebrae of you spine. In theory a stretching machine will do this, but you really can't Make yourself taller.

Study nutrition.
You are what you eat.

Milk products & other calcium rich foods. Builds strong bones.
My older brother was my height most of our lives. At about 9th grade, he shot up to 5'11". I stayed at 5'3".

It's genetics man. I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but sorry. I would suggest a lot of dairy products for stronger bones though. It makes your bones stronger.
