Why do some guys think that if you say that you "appreciate their friendship and would like to hang out as FRIENDS" that you are really saying that you want a relationship or see one in the near future?? I don't like telling a guy flat out no, so I say that we can hang out as friends and see us better as friends and I do indeed appreciate their friendship. I don't tell them that to get them un-interested and when I say it I really do WANT to be friends, just not in a relationship. I just don't understand. After you tell them this they ask over and over again, "hey, you wanna go see a movie or go out this weekend on a date?" I just don't understand. OR if you don't find the right guy yet and are single then they will ask "so do you have a boyfriend yet??" SO GUYS--why do some of y'all think this? I know not all do, but if you do, why?

I don't think like that, but I can tell you that it usually hurts to hear that phrase come off the lips of someone you like. Especially when you're feeling lonely. Hmmm . . . I don't know how you can solve that problem without being mean. Maybe you can hook some of these guys up with your friends? And is it really such a problem? Good night!

Cause most guys can't distinguish between a "girl friend" and a "girlfriend". And even if they think that they're "just friends" with a girl, subconsciously, they want them to be their "girlfriend".

Simple. We only think about two things. Food and sex. The rest of the stuff just sounds like the teacher from a Charlie Brown special... you know 'WaWa...Wa..WAWaWa"

they probably think too much, or maybe the guy who thinks this way likes you.
