The gift of interpreting tongues is the ability to translate the tongues speaking and communicate it back to others in your own language.
The gift of administration is being able to keep things organized and in accordance with God's principles.

Excellent question! I see others have already answered. So I'm gonna say I think the greatest fruit is love. (as it's said in the Bible) The Lord is still revealing to me the gifts He has given me. I'm sure I'll be learning for the rest of my life :o)
