I think your dog is having false pregnancy. This happens when your dog had a heat period that passed but you were not able to breed her. And now she's acting as if she's pregnant with milk coming out, abdomen also as if enlarging and some motherly instinct. But not all bitches show this clinical manifestation after their heat period. The cause why it occurs in some bitches and not in others is unknown .
Therapy is generally not necessary, only in those showing marked behavioral changes. This will pass away in a few days. You may consider abruptly decreasing the dog's food and water consumption for 24-48 hours to decrease lactation.
But recurrence is common with subsequent estrous cycle. So it would be advisable to have your dog neutered (ovariohysterectomized) so that she will not have any heat periods anymore and so no more of this problem.

She is in a false pregnancy, you wouldn't believe how much it can mimic regular pregancies. The milk can come in, belly expand and the female may even carry stuffed animals around like puppies.
Don't worry, it will pass. I have a friend who's spayed dog still exhibits symptoms. But it's much more common with intact
females.
It will pass in a couple weeks. After that if she is having any of the other symptoms they will clear up as well.
If after a couple weeks the same thing is going on then get her checked out, but I don't think you'll need to do that.

Is she fixed?
Is she ever left outside alone?
If she isn't fixed and ever left outside alone, she could be.
I have seen a 5 second breeding with no tie, produce 5 puppies!

But she could also be having a false pregnancy.
This happens to some, their milk will come down and even start to show.

Best way to find out, is take her to the vet and have her x-rayed.
If she is carring, you will see how many and if in the correct position to be born, since if she is, she will have them soon.

My Toy Pom is 10 years previous, i have been given her about 5 months interior the previous from and historic couple, they by no skill had her spayed, she had one muddle of pups, because that i have had her i have taken her to vets numerous cases with a severe vet bill, perfect now she has an enlarged hart, has one seizure about once a month, has urinary tract stones, urinary tract an infection and bronchitus which she is being dealt with for all of those subject matters. My question is the different day her nipples began leaking and became once questioning if it extremely is common and to in common words wait it out as I dnt want extra vet expenditures, I dont opt to get her spayed perfect bc she is so historic and fragile I dont opt to positioned her by that, any innovations?

Well it obviously doesnt take very long for a dog to become pregnant, but dogs can also have false pregnancy's which would cause this to happen as well. Especially if she's been around puppies, my friends dog did this after their other dog had puppies.

I bet she was in heat a couple of months ago, right? She is having a false pregnancy. You could call the local animal shelter and see if they have any orphaned pups that need fostering.

1. it doesn't take that long to get pregnant.
2. maybe she already had a litter somewhere outside and is hiding them.
3. take her to vet NOW. It could have nothing to do with being pregnant.

actually she is alolactating, this happens when she is around a dominant female that has had puppies and she feels the need to babysit while the mother is away, this happens in the wild in every single pack of dogs. remember they used to be wild
