Orthodox Jews pray constantly throughout the day. Conservative Jews probably say blessings several times a day and attend services on the Sabbath.
As for myself, a Reform Jew-by-choice, I say a blessing at each meal and when lighting candles on Friday night. We attend services Friday night with many communal prayers. We pray on Saturday morning before and after Torah study, and again during the Saturday Sabbath service. Most prayers are in Hebrew and many are direct quotes from the Bible. We spend an hour in the Saturday service reading directly from the Hebrew Torah scroll. We take several classes during the week when we also study and learn about the Bible.

Orthodox Jews pray three times a day. The Torah is read in the synagogue on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Conservative and reform Judaism may differ on that...
