Congested blood vessels?

The veins in my eyes are congested, there's too much pressure in it or something and it GAVE me headaches. Well, I thought it was just a normal headache but I went to the doctor and now he's saying I have too much pressure in my eyes. How can I relieve this pressure? (I don't want to get eye drops >.<)

Glaucoma is a serious disease that can cause blindness. So use whatever prescription the doctor gave you, eye drops or otherwise.

using eye drops versus losing your vision...not an easy decision, follow your doctors advice
