Jeebus. You evidently don't know what the bible teaches, it dosen't teach hate. It's wrong to hate people, just things that people do.

professer. Yes, that is a terrible sin. What reason could one justify for killing another person?

Intentional, conscious, or witting sin is the worst sin in my opinion.
All sin, no matter how small, separates us from fellowship with God so in one sense they are all equal. But being aware that what you’re doing is wrong in God’s eyes and continuing in it despite that knowledge is a complete defiance of God’s authority.
I’m a parent. It’s one thing for a child to forget to put their toys away, or break a lamp while goofing off in the house where they know they shouldn’t have been playing. It is an entirely different situation when that child looks you strait in the eyes and step across the proverbial line in the sand you have just drawn.

Pride! Most evil in the world is a result of prideful disdain and disregard for the WORD, human life, or any other thing or act. It is solely self-based. With Satan, his initial sin recorded was pride. He wanted to be equal to God. Just from that I think you can see how it takes on the characteristics of all other sins.

To believe that humans are evil by nature. To believe the individual is insignificant and powerless. To believe that the majority rules. Sorry, take your pick.
