Hold up...
It depends on bone mass, and age, and if you've had kids or not.
When I was 18 I weighed 97 lbs, now that I'm 30 something, I'm 118 and I look fine (I'm 5'2") but I've had 2 kids.
Judge by your health, not the scale... scales will just lead to eating disorders.
I've been there... when I was sick, at ages 13 through15, I weighed only 75 lbs and had to get help!
Focus on health, bones sticking out isn't healthy, it's lethal.

The average woman is 5'4" and weighs around 140 lbs. So at 5'3" you should weigh around 120-130 or so, maybe even more, depending on your body type and muscle mass. Unless you are morbidly under or over weight, you shouldn't worry about it.

anywhere between 110-120 any less and you may not get your peirod ( if you have started) any more you would be considered "slightly overweight" but still be in good shape.
