Hi, honestly I wouldn't say any thing I would let her handle it and just be there for him (if he needs someone) because I would be afraid if she found out you warned him you would have her mad at you or then if you don't tell him he might get mad but your really stuck in the middle if only this was alot easier but no one said life was easy but if I was you I would let her tell me and if she doesn't then yes I would.she shouldn't lead him on and hurt him that's when I would step in but me, I would stay out of it so it wouldn't come back on me hope I helped and I wish you lots of luck!!

let her do it. If you get in the way you run the risk of making him mad at you. If the relationship is really ending, just be patient and wait for him. Don't jump on him too fast after the break up, just be his friend and let him realize there may be something more.
Good luck

To answer your question, NO!!! it's not your place..... But a question to you would be...........
What kind of love triangle do you have?
It's not right to be with someone who has a girl/boyfriend, that's disrespectful, would you like it if the shoe was on the other foot.
nine times out of ten, if he's liking you with a gf then he'll probably be loking at someone else while with you.

OMG DON'T TELL HIM! He might think that you 'talked' to his gf and made the split happen, and then he might not like you any more. You should just let her do it, and be there for him when it happens.

I would tell him because then he can be ready for it and it won't hurt him as bad when she brakes up with him or he can make it a lot easier and brake up with her first. If you tell him he'll probably respect you more than what he already does.

you can try dropping hints to him instead of just telling him. because if you told him, he might think that you had something to do with it. But if you are sure that you two really really trust eachother then go ahead and tell him. but act sorry when telling him

You should tell her when she breaks up with him so then you don't feel like your going behind her back, but she won't be compelled to stay with her bf any longer.

Let her break up with him 1st, that way u acctually KNOW that she was telling the truth, and, then, if she does break up with him, be there for him, comfort him, then MAKE URE MOVE!!!
