I say contact your ex. But, I think how you approach it depends on how it ended. If it ended badly, you might want to send a text or e-mail first, so you can say everything you want to say without being cut off. You can think about it before sending it, too -- kind of gather your thoughts so you say it just the way you want to.

If it ended, but in a more friendly way, I say call her on the phone and see how it goes.

Either way, get to the point quickly and TELL HER HOW YOU ARE FEELING AND WHAT YOU WANT. Then, ask her how she feels and what, if anything, she wants. Take it from me... there is nothing MORE UNappealing to females than a guy who can't express how he feels and what he wants... and then follow through with it.

Be polite. Don't get involved in an argument no matter what happens. If you get rejected, bow out like a gentleman. Even though she may have lost interest in you as a boyfriend (or even get mad at you), she will respect you for handling things like a gentleman (eventually) and your reputation will be a great one! If you treat people with respect, they will treat you in the same way.

One last thought -- might I suggest that you think about WHY you want to contact your ex. Do you really miss HER, or are you just bored or lonely... or don't really like who you are presently dating?

Best of luck. :)

If you had a good relationship with your ex, when you broke up, I can't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to renew a relationship with her. "
Although it may not be the same as it was before, still there should be no reason why you couldn't have a life long friend out of the deal.
Not to mention the fact that you have been thinking of her and that is a good thing to say to her, if for nothing else, as icebreaker.

Good luck!

Well, if you are in a relationship with someone currently, I would think long and hard if this is something you would like to involve yourself in. You might be having this feeling because one of you left something unsaid. It could rekindle a friendship or a romantic relationship or worse: bring back bad feelings and vibes. If you decide to take that step and contact her, make sure that you are willing to risk falling in love again..or hating her completely.

If she is the one someday you will find out. Just like the saying goes to see if something is meant to be let it go and if it comes back to you then it is meant to be. Hope my answer was helpful.

Talk to her it would not hurt. If anything else it could open a long lasting friendship.

It depends on how it ended, if you are with someone now and if she is with someone now. Think of those factors and go with it. If they are involved, stay away!!
