Hotel Danieli is AMAZING! I stayed there in 2001. It is right on the water and 2 minutes from St. Marks Square. Even Hugh Hefner and "the girls next door" stayed there.. haha.. I saw that last night on that show. But yes, if you have the money to splurge then DEFINITELY stay there!
