The baptism of the holy Spirit is a separate infilling of the Holy Spirit from that of salvation. It is usually accompanied with the evidence of speaking in tongues. This is an empowerment for service to God.
Fullness of the Spirit is living in knowledge, obedience, and power through the leading of the Holy Spirit.

There is one baptism. It happens when you are born again...you are baptized into the body of Christ. The water baptism is a physical demonstration of what happened spiritually, which is you died with Christ (going down in the water), and you rise to new life, a new creation when you come up out of the water.

The fullness of the Holy Spirit can happen many times. It's when you are operating in the Spirit, doing his work, and sometimes you can feel his presence.

The baptism happens once. You can be filled with the Spirit many times.

baptism is symbolic in the death and ressurection of christ. fullness of the holy spirit is the descending of the holy spirit on a person after accepting Jesus Christ.

Baptism is a commandment of christ...all who accept christ should be baptised after doing so. It symbolizes dying of the old and being raised with christ in the newness of life. Salvation brings the comforter or the holy spirit. Salvation is immediate, it occurs exactly at the time you accept christ.

hope this helps....
