Microcdermabrasion takes dead skin off, as does a razor-- so I GUESS it could be used to exfoliate... but the Mary Kay microdermabrasion is the best I've ever used- click below for a free sample. You can use it at ho me and it's reasonably priced.

NO! You are likely to make them worse and cause bleeding and possibly an infection. Do you have acne now? If so use witch hazel to clean your face a.m and p.m. it works great. For scars the best way is going to a dermitologist and doing it right. I know it costs but, it won't hurt you. Also, they sell these tools that have round scrubber pads for womens facials. You can try this but it will really only remove the outer skin layer and scars are scars. Als, if you have any acne it would irritate it and spread it. Try taking egg whites and beating them up. Put a layer on your face and let it dry. It will actually harden and make your face firm and stiff. Then wash with warm water. It makes the face and sking feel and look amazing. No one is perfect so you have a few scars, as long as your acne is gone you are doing good. Thank God you have a face and you have life. That is most important, right?
