thats how it always goes. gay guys are normally more handsome because they know style and take good care of themselves and care enough to take care of themselves and they're a bit femine. alot of women fall for gay guys because they seem like the perfect guy, but it's simply because they know what they want in a guy, and they normally act how they'd want their boyfriend to be, which would be a fairly good man, so women are drawn to that.
i would respect the fact he's gay and not try anything, though.

He may be the sweetest, but he's just not into girls! Keep him as a friend becuz good friends are hard to find, but please let go of the dram that you can MAKE HIM STRAIGHT! You are just setting yourself up for failure and possibly losing your friend.
