The only way you can really tell is to look at the parents. 1 lb and 10 oz is very small for a puppy at 11 weeks already. In my guess, he/she would be no more than 5 lbs full grown, but you never know. There have been situations where the parents are no more than 6 lbs each but the puppy grows to 10+ lbs. My yorkie was only supposed to be about 6 lbs but now he's at a thriving 10 lbs. Might I suggest, I'm on a forum for people that own Yorkies and they have a lot of advice to offer and are very welcoming. The website is www.yorkietalk.com

Yorkies are so great! You'll love your new baby.

Nothing is 100% but as a show breeder of a toy breed.
The best way with toy breed dogs is to 3x the weight at 8wks + 1/2 pound or 2x at 12wks plus 1/2 pound.

Ofcourse the background of the puppy comes into play.
Not only just the parents but up to 4 gen back a larger yorkie could pop up in later years.
I have seen a 4lb sire, and 5lb dam produce a 10 pound adult who wasn't over weight. The dam did have a great grand mother who was 8lbs. T
he 3x rule said the puppy would have been 9lbs.
So it was more correct than just going by the parents.

I have 3 yorkshire terriers, and I just love them to death! the best way to determine is to look at the parents and see how big they are. if they aren't there to look at ask whoever you are buying the dog from how big they were.

ask the weight of both parents and average it out... that usually works

Just make sure you get vet visits in there and ask what would be the best food to keep him/her healthy and the doctor can also estimate how big he/she will get

Best of luck with the little doggie
