I'm so sorry your wee one has an earache. OUCH !!!! they are so painful. I used to get them all of the time when I was a child. My mom would have me lay my ear on a heating pad. As an adult i still tend to get those awful things. I find that putting cotton in my ear always makes it feel better. When your ear hurts cool or cold air makes it worse. I sure hope this helps you and your child. And PLEASE DO NOT POUR ANYTHING INTO YOUR CHILD'S EAR !!!! That can be very dangerous. Hold on until you can get to a doctor. I hope this helps. Good Luck and GBU.

A warmed stone helps a lot. Also, some heated olive or sweet oil instilled into the ear followed by some cotton. Some Children's Tylenol.

Put rice in a sock and tie it off. Warm it in the microwave for a few seconds until it's warm. Make sure its not to hot. Hold it on the ear. Should help along with a pain reliever. Good luck.

My mom would heat some olive oil not to hot but warm.. and pour a little and put some cotton.. or if anybody there smokes cigerattes blow smoke in his ear.. or if you cant or dont have that get a newspaper and roll it up and stick it in their ear and lit it on fire a little till it makes a pop.... i promise one of those 3 will work
