The bands, in my opinion, should be a very personal expression between you and your spouse. I had my husband's engagement ring engraved with " You have my heart. Guard it well. " Another one is in Hebrew and basically it says I am my love's and my love is mine.
Congratulations.

Is your fiance getting your ring engraved? If so, you both need to decide if the sentiment inside will be fun or serious. That will give you a better idea of how to go. I liked all your suggestions but you need to at least agree with your fiance on the tone of your engraving. My husband and I were going to surprise each other with the engraving in each other's ring and we both ended up saying the same thing!

I chose what to engrave in my wife's ring, and she in mine. Not only were they different sayings, but we didn't tell each other what we were engraving until we gave each other the rings.

I always thought that "I love thee" would be really sweet. When I got married, the minister said "Love extravagantly" and I have always remembered that - I would love to have that engraved on our wedding rings.

Put me back on. Just kidding. I have my husband's name engraved in mine. Just pick something that has special meaning to the two of you.

Try to get the date you met or got engaged or started dating. Or perhaps 1st Corinthians would be nice. Hmmm..... your names or maybe get special messages to each other. Hope this helps. Happy Holidays.

I think either your spouses name, or the date you got married, OR "I do". I personally like the third one because everytime you look at it, it will remind you of what you have and what you are commited to. Hope i helped.

Nope, do something that maybe only the two of you would understand. They don't have to match though.
