When you're switching your pets food......do it this way and you'll avoid diarrhea:

First 3 days........3/4 old brand of food and 1/4 new brand

Next 3 days........1/2 old brand of food and 1/2 new brand

Last 3 days........3/4 new brand of food and 1/4 old brand

On the 10th day you can feed him completely with the new brand and his stomach will be fine. No diarrhea.

IF he already has diarrhea.....get a "pet medication syringe" and load it with Pepto Bismol in the appropriate amount for your pets weight. Then slowly "squirt" in into his mouth and hold his mouth closed gently until he swallows.

All radiometric dating methods are based on assumptions about events that happened in the past. If the assumptions are accepted as true (as is typically done in the evolutionary dating processes), results can be biased toward a desired age. In the reported ages given in textbooks and other journals, these evolutionary assumptions have not been questioned, while results inconsistent with long ages have been censored. When the assumptions were evaluated and shown faulty, the results supported the biblical account of a global Flood and young earth. Christians should not be afraid of radiometric dating methods. Carbon-14 dating is really the friend of Christians, and it supports a young earth. The RATE scientists are convinced that the popular idea attributed to geologist Charles Lyell from nearly two centuries ago, “The present is the key to the past,” is simply not valid for an earth history of millions or billions of years. An alternative interpretation of the carbon-14 data is that the earth experienced a global flood catastrophe which laid down most of the rock strata and fossils.... Whatever the source of the carbon-14, its presence in nearly every sample tested worldwide is a strong challenge to an ancient age. Carbon-14 data is now firmly on the side of the young-earth view of history.10

I'm guessing at this answer, because you didn't give much information. I think you mean that the kitten got a different food than it was used to eating?

If that is it, you can try this home remedy. Get a box of rice and cook a cup of rice according to package directions. While the water is coming to a boil, and before you add the rice, put about two ounces of hamburger in the water to cook. Add the rice and finsish cooking the way the package says. After this mixture is cool, you can feed some to the kitten. It stops diarrhea from diet changes like you wouldn't believe.

I got that one from my vet and I know it works.

If you meant something else, please edit your question, I'll check back later to see if I can be of more help.

Good luck.

food should never be changed suddenly or you get bad stomach upsets and diahrea. when we had kittens and placed them in new homes we always gave a baggie of the food they were used to eating along with the brand name. if they wanted to change than you add a little new with the old untill they are weaned over to the new and a kitten should be on a good brand of kitten chow untill at least a year old. they are protein meat eaters and need the added vitamins to grow properly. get the kitten in for some meds and prescription food so it does not dehydrate .it needs medical fluids asap if this has been going on or it will die

I had a kitten that had the same problem. It was horrible. We tried several different remedies and nothing seemed to work. Finally, we found a great vet and he suggested switching her to Iams Lamb & Rice dry cat food. Worked wonders for her. Hope your kitten gets well soon!

Depending on the age of the kitten (if it is weaned),no canned food.
Try Nutro Max Kitten and do not add water to it.
Kitten formulas are specially made for the smaller teeth and nutritional demands of a kitten.

You really should take the kitten to a vet. You don't know what caused the diahrrea. It could be a parasite, or other illness. Being a kitten, severe dehydration can take a kitten quickly.
