Food and eating disorders are psychological rather than a physical problem, but they can certainly lead to very real health problems! I am surprised that you could go that long just on those two food items.
There are many people out there with widely different eating requirements. Some are chosen ways of life, such as a vegetarian or vegan. Others are due to religion, such as no pork or only eating Kosher foods. What you have to do is make sure that you are getting all the necessary vitamins and minerals, and sufficient calories in your diet so that you do not starve your body.
I'm not going to urge you to eat anything solid just because you are eating differently. What I do urge you to do is consult with two people:
1) Your family physician. Have the doctor give you a full checkup and blood test to make sure that you are in good health, a valid weight for your age and height, and to make sure you have not otherwise been harming your body all these years.
2) A mental health doctor that specializes in handling eating disorders. They can analyze how this phobia started, and perhaps give you advice on how to overcome this problem.
I am assuming you feel that your phobia is a concern to you, which is why you shared it with Yahoo! Answers. I hope you are able to face and work on overcoming your fear. I have included a link to the National Eating Disorder websites for both Canada and USA to help.
Good luck to you!

I feel that's unhealthy but I'm sure you know that. So what I think that you should do is to try to start with baby food.(maybe like a jar of peaches a day) That will give your body a little nutrition. Don't jump right in thinking that its just going to happen over night. And don't go out to eat. It's just going to be a big set back. Call some good friends to come over to your place. For some support. Keep an open mind! good luck!

well you could try eating actual food thats been pureed. Just pop it right in the blender! and why only ice cream and Boost? There's tons of things that arent solid like mashed potatoes, applesauce, soups....But if your wanting help to overcome that phobia then you should check yourself to a psychiatrist or clinic, they could help you a lot better. Just always keep in mind when you think about giving up how much its inhibiting your lifestyle to be free

Someone mentioned starting with baby food... I have to agree. It's definitely not solid, and it has to have more nutrients than you're currently getting. A lot of it doesn't taste half bad, either.
I'm so sorry to hear that you're dealing with such a difficult phobia; I'm living with a serious phobia of my own. Best of luck to you!

You definitely need to talk to a doctor.
In the meantime, I suggest you start making some healthy smoothies using juice, yogurt and fresh fruit. Also, you can make healthy homemade veggie soups and then puree them so they're smooth. However, these are NOT long-term solutions... they are just interim measures until you are able to see a doctor.

Start with small things then gradually build up to more substantial food. Maybe eat out a bit so that you can have really good tasting food?

It will take you time to eat solid food, start with vegetables, fruts, nuts, and very natural fruit, like yogurt, milk.
But you can make things like pure, pate, and you can blend your food so it will be easier for you.
