my sister gets sick when she drinks or eats anything that says it's sugar free because they put in a fake type of sweetener and she's allergic to that. you may be allergic to that. it could also be something that touched your skin in a certin area. also, some medications cause a rash. speak to your doctor if it gets worse or if you're really worried.

It would be possible to get a rash if you were allergic to any of the ingredients (dyes and the artificial sweetner come to mind.) Consider the other possible sources of your rash: heat rash from exercise, something you came into contact with, something you ate.
But to answer your question... No I have never heard of anyone getting a ras from a sugar free energy drink.

Great question! I did not get a rash but I got a nasty mouth sore from Tab energy drink!!

You can get a rash if you have an allergy to any to any of the ingredients, probobly the aspartame.
